This work is to be bid under a SINGLE CONTRACT system covering the work of all trades as follows: Contract No. 1 - General Construction No Contractor will be allowed to visit the site without an appointment made through the Owner. The limited hazardous materials survey was conducted for the subject areas, as directed by Mike Greco representing the Greater Amsterdam School District. The subject areas were not occupied or operational at the time of the sampling event.
