Submission sent electronically accepted: No PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The work involves replacing a culvert under 10 th Rang Est in Saint-Nazaire-d'Acton, in addition to local road repairs. This project is subject to financial participation under the gas tax program and the 2019-2023 Quebec contribution (TECQ). The signing of the contract is conditional on the approval of this grant. The plans and specifications as well as the tender form can only be obtained from the electronic tendering system , according to the costs and terms of this system. , effective May 18, 2022 . To be considered, any tender must be accompanied by a tender guarantee as described in article IV-1.1 of the Notice to tenderers of standard 1809-900-IV/2019. The bid, the guarantee that must accompany it and all the other documents to be provided will be deemed valid for a period of 120 days . The tenderer must take this obligation into account when having the documents in question completed by others. Only bonds issued by companies holding an insurer's license in Canada will be accepted under the terms of the call for tenders document. Only those who have their main business establishment in the territories covered by the trade and cooperation agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) as well as the agreement on the liberalization of public procurement in Quebec and of New Brunswick (AQNB) and who have obtained through electronic tendering system in their name, the tender documents issued by the contracting authority. In addition, the successful bidder must be registered in the Register of enterprises eligible for public contracts (REA). The Municipality of Saint-Nazaire-d'Acton does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders presented. Bid Bond 10% is required.
Performance and Material Bond 50% is required.
