DeKalb County is seeking eligible residential construction Licensed and Certified General Contractors with the State of Tennessee to demolish and reconstruct one (1) owner-occupied home in DeKalb County, TN, as part of the 2020 THDA HOME Grant program. Bidder instruction packets may be obtained by contacting the Grant Administrator-Matt Billings with the Upper Cumberland Development District (UCDD) at mbillings@ucdd.org or (931) 319-5760. All bids must be submitted in compliance with the Housing Reconstruction Bid Packet and Instructions to Bidders. Bidders must be qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. Contractors will agree to a timeline set forth by the Grant Administrator (UCDD) and must comply with ICC Codes and inspection guidelines set forth in the bid packet. DeKalb County reserves the right to reject any and all bids. DeKalb County is an equal opportunity provider and employer.
