The intent of the City of Angleton is to award a contract to the vendor(s) who show the capability to respond quickly to requests for restoration services following both catastrophic and non-catastrophic events and have demonstrated experience in maintaining detailed documentation for federal and/ or state reimbursements. Send proposals to the address above c/o Frances Aguilar, City Secretary. The out side envelope of sealed proposals should be clearly marked "Restoration Services". Bids received after the date and time, will not be opened or returned. The contract period will be July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2024. A Performance Bond will be required at the time of activation and not at the time of award. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The criteria used to evaluate the proposals will be Cost 25%; Service Provided 25%; Personnel and Available Equipment 20%; Experience 15%; HUB Status 10%, and Proximity to Angleton 5%
