Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities in any bid. The Project includes the following work: Structural repairs to Dam #2 including crack sealing, concrete surface repair, epoxy injection crack repair, pier repair, concrete sealing, the installation of a new 4-FT chain link fence, and the installation of medium riprap adjacent to the abutments.
