Public Tender Notice - Tender Based Only on Price By this notice, the Center de services scolaire de Montreal (CSSDM) invites tenders for the following call for tenders: Project Title: Hourly rate masonry work Solicitation Number : 15-380P Description of the work: The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of one (or more) general contractor specializing in masonry, who must hold a license as a "Contractor in buildings of all kinds" (under -category 1.3), "Contractor in masonry structures" (sub-category 4.1) and "Contractor in non-structural masonry, marble and ceramic work" (sub-category 4.2) of the Regie du batiment du Quebec who will carry out, upon request, various masonry work for CSSDM buildings, in accordance with the conditions of this call for tenders. Custom-made masonry work may require different trades such as: bricklayer-mason* laborer (masonry)* The tenderer must be able to provide, on request, the labor required according to the nature of the work to be carried out in each particular case, with the agreement of the CSSDM representative , according to the trades listed on the tender form. The masonry work covered by this call for tenders could be executed in accelerated mode, based on plans and specifications or work procedures developed in parallel or simultaneously with the work.
