The New York State Education Department (NYSED) is implementing the Emergency Assistance to Non-Public Schools (EANS) program. Under the EANS program, we have received requests from non-public schools throughout New York State for improvements to windows and/or Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems. With this ad, we are seeking proposals from qualified entities or individuals that are interested and available to provide fiscal oversight services to review and approve financial documentation (i.e., Job Order Contractor documents, Price Proposals, Scoping documents and invoices) in support of the window and HVAC improvement services. We expect to award one contract through this solicitation. See below for additional information. Contractor(s) selected for construction management or conducting repair work resulting from the EANS project are prohibited from bidding for this fiscal oversight contract.
