Item 6.14 SCORING AND REVIEW 6.14.1 The selection of a Drywall Subcontractor will be based on a best value approach and a two (2) envelope submission will be used. 6.14.2 Bidders that do not meet the mandatory requirements of Part D - Envelope 1 - Technical Package will be deemed non-compliant. 6.14.3 The compliant bidder with the lowest Total Bid Amount at Part D - Envelope 2 - Financial Package will be the Successful Bidder for this tender. Bidders who send the intent to submit, that confirms they meet the mandatory requirements, can attend the mandatory site visit at the project site in Ottawa on May 24, 2022, at 1:30PM.
