Each bidder will be expected to comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of applicable State of Montana, Madison County, and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) rules and statutes. This project is exempt from payment of the public contractor's gross receipts tax. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted. All proposals must be on a lump sum basis.
