**As of 6/30/2022 These projects are pending for award at the 07/18/2022 City Council Meeting. PROJECT NO. 1410-72000/CP0247-999 The City intends to award the project to a Contractor who will furnishing materials, supplies, equipment and labor for performing the work as specified in the RFB-21-22-49 Bid Document and Specifications and other Contract Documents. The City of Visalia does not provide an Engineer's Estimate, however the total approved Project Budget for the FY 22-23 CAPE SEAL project as was approved in the City's Capital Improvement Program for this project is approximately $1,100,000.00. The total approved Project Budget is an estimate of the total project delivery costs which includes but is not limited to construction, engineering design, construction support, city project management and administrative costs. TIME OF COMPLETION DEADLINE: 55 days. Project Work shall not begin until after July 1, 2022. QUESTIONS regarding this contract or RFB should be directed to the Visalia Purchasing Department, at fax (559) 713- 4801 or email purchasing@visalia.city To prevent misinterpretation, the Purchasing Division prefers all questions be submitted in writing and emailed. Questions must be received no later June 8, 2022.
