Site work and renovation of a residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Labour, Consumer Protection & Government Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing and Renewal Corporation to prospective proponents to submit proposals for an Exterior Retrofit, Mechanical Upgrade and Site Works as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). CPPD requires the services of a Contractor for exterior retrofit, mechanical upgrade and site work at three semi-detached side-by-sides located at 353 A&B Boyd, 355 A&B Boyd and 850 A&B Magnus Avenue Winnipeg MB. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, work identified in specification section 01 11 00 Summary of Work. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions May 31, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
