Demolition and site work for a water / sewer project in Breckenridge, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project includes the following Work: Demolish the existing equipment enclosure and the existing self-priming pumps and equipment within. Install new self-priming pumps, piping and valves, control panel and all new electrical components, and a canopy to cover new equipment. The selected Respondent to this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be responsible for demolishing the prepackaged lift station on top of the wetwell of the lift station and furnishing and installing the specified equipment to rehabilitate the City existing lift station. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to waive any and all technicalities and to accept any proposal, or part thereof, which in the opinion of the Owner, is most advantageous to the Owner. In case of ambiguity or lack of clarity in stating the prices in the proposal, the Owner reserves the right to consider the most advantageous proposal thereof or to reject the proposal.
