LOCATIONS: District Office, 5400 Hospital Road Visitor Information Centre, 5400 North Access Road Public Works Building, 4508-48th Street Airport Terminal Building, Airport Road Fire Hall, 5400 North Access Road (3 days a week) Parks Building, 5458 North Access Road (May to October 1 day a week - November to April 1 day every two weeks) District House, 5458 North Access Road (1 day a week) PROJECT: Cleaning of office buildings TERM OF CONTRACT: Five years Tender bids received by the deadline will be evaluated on the basis of experience of the contractor, references, completeness of the tender, price, and other factors which the District may in its sole discretion determine. The lowest or any bid may not necessarily be accepted.
