Remove existing VRF system in its entirety. Install new system as shown in bid documents. Remove and replace ceilings as noted in drawings. Power is to be reworked as shown in drawings. Building will be partially occupied during construction. The Contractor shall provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary to install and set into operation the heating and air conditioning equipment as shown on the Engineering Drawings and as contained herein. B. Intent of the drawings and specifications is to obtain complete systems, tested, adjusted, and ready for operation. C. Include incidental details not usually indicated or specified, but necessary for proper installation and operation. For construction contracts with a value of less than $300,000, the Owner has the responsibility to make a good faith effort to solicit minority bids and to attain the goal. The contractor shall include with his bid a completed Identification of HUB Certified/Minority Business Participation form. Contractor shall submit completed Appendix E MBE Documentation for Contract Payments form with final payment request. For construction contracts with a value of $300,000 or greater, the contractor shall comply with the document Guidelines for Recruitment and Selection of Minority Businesses for Participation in State Construction Contracts including Identification of Minority Business Participation, Affidavits A, B, C, and D, and Appendix E. These forms provided herein are hereby incorporated and made a part of this contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
