All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic call for tenders system or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal region and at toll free 1 866 669-7326 for residents living outside. Caution : Note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. WORKS DURATION The work required under this invitation to tender must be completely completed within 20 weeks (including public holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is June 30, 2022. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE No tender guarantee is required. Any tenderer must note that if he refuses to respond to his tender, the Company may reject any tender presented by this tenderer to the Company during the next two years. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS All complaints made to the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) must be received at complaint@sqi.gouv.qc.ca , no later than the deadline set for receipt of these as indicated in the Additional Instructions . INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below maximum three working days before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders , taking care to mention the SEAO contract, project and notice numbers in the subject line of the email. The Company also asks the tenderer to use the form Questions during the call for tenders when it is provided for in the tender documents by addressing a maximum of 25 questions per form.. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
