A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written bids from qualified vendors to furnish and install refrigerant to Trane Air Conditioning 720 located at 100 Gross Crescent Circle Fort Oglethorpe, Ga 30742. As described in Scope of Work Section of this Bid Document. Inquiries regarding this ITB by email to: Email: BidQuestions@catoosa.com Only inquiries received in writing will receive a response. Deadline for inquires is May 27, 2022 by noon. Responses &/or Addendum will be published on website on May 31, 2022. It is the sole responsibility of the bidder to review website before submitting their Bid. - To provide and install 500lb - R11 Refrigerant - Charge Chiller - Install a new purge unit (County will supply) - Perform Start up and check operations Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bids, to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid that has met the requirements of this bid's criteria. Any Bid submitted in response to this Request shall remain open for acceptance by the Board, and same shall be honored by the contractor, for a period of thirty (30) days from the date set forth hereinabove for the receipt of Bids.
