Site targeted by the work: CHSLD Our Lady of Mercy 555 Gouin Boulevard West Montreal (Quebec) H3L 1K5 Deadline for completion of the work : From May 15, 2022 to July 14, 2023 The BIDDER must accompany his Bid with a bid guarantee equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in his Bid. This bid security must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in the tender documents and which must conform to the model indicated in the Tender Form; b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in the tender documents and which must conform to the model indicated in the Tender Form. Any Submission received after the scheduled date and time or received in a place other than that indicated is automatically declared non-compliant and returned to the sender unopened.
