Prospective Bidders may examine theBidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays throughFridays between the hours of8:00am & 4:00pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office asdescribed. The date that theBidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office willbe considered the prospectiveBidder's date of receipt of theBidding Documents. Partial setsof Bidding Documents will notbe available from the IssuingOffice. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for fullor partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda ifany, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. The owner reserves the right towaive any informalities and reject any or all bids. Bid security shall be furnishedin accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof ofqualifications to perform theWork as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
