Reference Number : 1606572 Review Title : Fire Protection Equipment Maintenance Services Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-30 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Options related to this notice: No options Expected duration of the contract without the options (in months): 24 The purpose of this call for tenders is to retain the services of a specialized service provider to ensure the maintenance of fire protection equipment. Required services include annual preventative maintenance and inspection of sprinkler systems, manual operation sprinkler systems, hood sprinkler systems, special systems and fire hydrants. The service provider will also have to perform the required hydrostatic tests on portable extinguishers and fire hoses. The service provider will also be responsible for responding to service calls, day and night, and performing the required repairs. These calls will be billed at an hourly rate. The evaluation of tenders is based on an auction according to the lowest price. The contract will begin on July 1, 2022 for a term of two (2) years. (July 1 , 2022 to June 30, 2023 and July 1 , 2023 to June 30, 2024)
