For Emergency Rental Assistance (ERA) Housing Stabilization Services (RFP-2022-HS-145) which may be utilized as part of a federal reimbursement grant (U.S. Department of the Treasury, Emergency Rental Assistance, Section 501 of Division N of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021, Pub. L. No. 116-260, Dec. 27, 2020 and Section 3201 of the American Rescue Plan Act Assistance Listing Number (ALN) 21.023). The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. The Calcasieu Parish Police Jury shall incur no obligation to the Contractor/Proposer until the Contract between the Calcasieu Parish Police Jury and the Contractor/Proposer is fully executed.
