Site work for a multi-residential development in Columbus, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a multi-residential development.

Furnishing and installing as six foot high steel fence with pedestrian and automated vehicular gates. Scope of work includes all necessary grading, tree removal, concrete footings and electrical supply. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the IFB, including being prequalified by the City of Columbus Office of Construction Prequalification. 1. Furnish and install 6' high black Decorative Fence per Detail 1/L1.02 along the north and east sides of the site. The Automated Vehicular Gate shall be in accordance with Notes at the bottom of Drawing L1.01. 2. The Pedestrian Gate shall be in accordance with Detail 2/L1.02. 3. Provide 6' high black chain link fence along the west side of the site. 4. All necessary debris removal, existing fence demolition, bush hogging, tree removal, and grading shall be included in the scope of this project and in the base bid price for a complete and working fence and gate installation. 5. All temporary services, such as water, electrical power, and toilets shall be included in the base bid price. 6. All trash and unwanted materials shall be removed from the site and disposed of in a lawful manner. 7. All associated concrete footing and electrical work are also included in the scope of this project and the base bid price for a complete a working fence and gate installation. 8. All surveying, site layout, and permitting are included in the base bid scope of work. 9. All necessary site security to protect all tools, equipment, vehicles, and project scope is included in the base bid price. 10. Alternate #1, is the scope of work needed to raise all the fencing and gates to 8'. 11. Provide a critical path project schedule and product submittals at the Preconstruction Meeting. 12. Submit a plan drawing of the fence layout for approval by the City of Columbus Project Manager prior to installing the fence and gates.
