A timeline for award has not yet been established. 2020 Capital Funding Program for Window Replacements & Bathroom Modernization The Work on Modernization of Bathrooms Consists of Removing All Electrical and Plumbing Fixtures, and Removal of All Wall Surfaces and Flooring, Such That All That Remains Is the Stud Walls. Work Will Also Encompass Replacing All Gypsum Board, Fixtures, Flooring, Insulation, Electrical, Etc., Including Carpentry, and Floating and Painting of Sheetrock, Etc. The Intended Work on This Project Is Also to Replace Windows on the Upstairs of One Inhabited Apartment. The Work on Window Replacements Consists of Removing the Existing Windows, Ant Then Furnishing and Installing Aluminum Windows, Vinyl Blinds, Vandal Resistant Screens, Replacing Exterior and Interior Molding, Woodwork, Etc. Work Will Also Encompass Sheetrock, Floating, Moldings, Painting, Etc. Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond or a Cashier's Check in the Amount of 5% of the Total Bid Value, Said Bond or Check Made Payable to the Ville Platte Housing Authority. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Performance and Payment Bond Written by a Company Licensed to Do Business in the State, Each in an Amount Equal to 100% of the Contract Amount.
