The bid must necessarily present a price according to two options : Option A - One-year contract (2022-2023 season); Option B - Three-year contract (2022-2023 / 2023-2024 / 2024-2025). The tender documents are available on the (tender website) as of May 18, 2022 Tenders must be submitted on the form prepared by the MRC de Témiscamingue, after the tenderer has read the documents of the call for tenders as well as the Regulation respecting contract management of the MRC de Témiscamingue. The MRC de Témiscamingue incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic tendering system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to the call for tenders.
