Subject Line shall read "Brownfields Qualified Environmental Contractor." The Nez Perce Tribe (Tribe) intends to hire a contractor to serve as a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) and provide environmental consulting services for the NPT Brownfields Community-Wide Assessment (CWA) grant for the purpose of carrying out a range of eligible assessment and cleanup planning activities within the Clearwater River corridor. The Nez Perce Tribe may reject any and all bids and make further calls for bids in the same manner as the original call. The Nez Perce Tribe reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids received. Awarding of the contract/s will be contingent upon a satisfactory reference check, feasibility and quality of your proposal, past performance with the Nez Perce Tribe, performance within the past three years on other relevant contracts, appropriate licensing, and estimated cost of the proposal. The TERO Ordinance and TERO fee will apply. Indian preference will apply. The project is funded through the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Neither the Nez Perce Tribe nor any of its departments or employees are, or shall be, a party to any subcontract resulting from the solicitation for bids.
