TCHC's portfolio contains approximately two hundred and eighty six (286) developments which are dispersed over sixteen (16) former Operating Units (OU)'s. TCHC is an active housing provider and is engaged in constant service across its various asset types. As such, TCHC is seeking qualified Proponents to provide submissions for the supply, delivery, and installation of new appliances as well as the removal and disposal of the old existing appliances from the tenant's units. The entirety of TCHC's asset portfolio has been divided into (2) separate groups: East, and West. The East Portfolio has already been awarded under a separate tender. As such, TCHC is now seeking a minimum of two (2) Primary Proponents to provide deliverables to the West Portfolio that shall be divided into two (2) parts. TCHC is further looking for an additional three (3) Secondary (back up) vendors to back fill services to the two portions of the West Portfolio, and a backup for the East Portfolio. Primary vendors are responsible for all service needs, whereas secondary vendors back fill during service disruption, lack of products, extra volume and etc. The timeline of the RFP shall be for a period of three (3) years, with TCHC having the sole and absolute option, in favour of TCHC to extend for another two (2) one (1) year intervals. Proponents are requested to review the entirety of the RFP documents to attain a comprehensive understanding of program deliverables.
