Renovation of a mixed-use development in Whittemore, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of an educational facility.
The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to seek the service of qualified contractors to renovate the existing High School Kitchen at the Whittemore - Prescott High School building. The proposal is to include the demolition and removal of the existing kitchen equipment, the demolition and restoration of the kitchen area as described in this RFP along with all mechanical and electrical demolition and repairs required for a complete project.
