Site work and new construction of a water / sewer project in Rosenberg, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project No - 128-0033 The lift station has been designed to be constructed with a 8-foot diameter concrete wet well at a depth of 31 feet below natural ground (by caisson construction), with a 10-inch diameter influent line at a 25-foot depth, two (2) submersible lift pumps with a firm capacity of 370 gallons per minute (gpm), a 6-inch force main, elevation controls, auto dialer, a manual power transfer switch, a concrete pad and conduits and all provisions for a CNP onsite pad mounted transformer, and connection for a portable emergency generator. A 6-inch diameter passive ventilation pipe will also be utilized. The facility will be encompassed by an 8-foot-tall security fence. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining, installing, and constructing all materials per plans and specifications to provide a fully functional and operational sanitary lift station.
