The City of Wilson invites bidders to submit proposals for repairs to the Gig East Wall Repairs per the scope of contract and documents attached/enclosed. Type of Work: The purposed of the project is to repair the masonry walls on the right side (southwest) and rear (southeast) if the building to provide waterproof, structurally sound, and aesthetically improved walls. The work includes, but not limited to, removal & re-pointing of deteriorated mortar as needed, removal and replacement of deteriorated caulk as needed, repair and/or replacement of loose or missing masonry as needed SCOPE OF CONTRACT The purpose of the project is to repair the masonry walls on the right side (southwest) and rear (southeast) if the building to provide waterproof, structurally sound, and aesthetically improved walls. The work includes, but not limited to, removal & re-pointing of deteriorated mortar as needed, removal and replacement of deteriorated caulk as needed, repair and/or replacement of loose or missing masonry as needed. The City of Wilson will provide any brick needed for the project, otherwise, the contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the project. Location: 127 Goldsboro Street South COMPLETION OF BID PACKAGE Only bid packages that are submitted using the Purchase Order Contract Proposal with the bid form provided by the City of Wilson still attached will be considered for this project. The bid shall not contain any unauthorized additions, deletions, or conditional bids.
