Overview: The City of Henderson Department of Utility Services requires as-needed engineering services for its Reservoir Rehabilitation & Surge Tank Assessment Program (Program). Work components of the Program include performing out-of-service structural inspections, condition assessments, construction documents for rehabilitation improvements, and hydraulic analysis for surge tanks. Work also includes coating inspections, miscellaneous inspections, and structural evaluations of steel or concrete potable and non-potable reservoirs. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis and authorized in writing via Task Orders that will specifically identify the work required to be performed, time of performance, assigned personnel, and compensation for the identified services. To accomplish the Reservoir Rehabilitation & Surge Tank Assessment work, the City is seeking Statements of Qualifications ("Submittals") from qualified businesses ("Respondent(s)") with experienced NV registered engineering and certified inspection staff to perform reservoir and surge tank inspections; provide Condition Assessment recommendations; complete hydraulic analysis on surge tanks; provide construction documents for reservoir and surge tank rehabilitation; and inspections and engineering services during construction / rehabilitation.
