Rockingham County is now accepting sealed proposals for the Rockingham County Hogan's Creek Booster Pump Station. The requirements for submitting a proposal are stated in this Request for Proposal. Rockingham County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, to waive technicalities and informalities in bidding, and to accept a proposal other than the lowest submitted if such is in the best interest of the County. Minimum qualifications are required as specified in the RFP, but any additional information is accepted as well. The Project includes the installation of a new water booster pump station with emergency standby generator and demolition of existing water booster pump station to complete the Hogan's Creek Booster Pump Station Relocation and Flood Protection project for Rockingham County. The non-refundable cost of printed Bidding Documents is $100.00 per set, which includes shipping, payable to LKC Engineering. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent to the Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Rebid due to insufficient number of bids. The new opening date is 6/30/2022 at 2:00pm.
