Reference number : 1606968 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-06-06 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The OMHM is issuing a public call for tenders to replace the basement windows of Habitations Adam-Moreau located at 1515 to 1577 rue Moreau and 3070 to 3112 rue Adam in the Mercier-Hochelaga-Maisonneuve borough in Montreal , The project consists of carrying out all work in accordance with the contract documents. Without being limited to it, the scope of work includes the replacement of the windows of the front facades in the basement of all the dwellings. The work will be carried out in a three (3) storey building comprising 42 family units. The apartments will be occupied during the works. awrd is subject to final approval. WORKS DURATION According to the current schedule, work is expected to begin around the beginning of August 2022, but this date could be changed by the OMHM. In such a case, the modification cannot be used to justify a request for an extra from the successful bidder. The work must be carried out within a maximum period of forty (40) consecutive weeks from the date confirmed for the start of the work in the letter of engagement. This period must include the manufacture of the windows.
