Renovation of a library in Honolulu, Hawaii. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.

The work generally consists of selective demolition removing the existing roofing down to the existing concrete deck and reroofing the building with roof tile and 80 mil (min) reinforced TPO single ply roofing, rigid insulation, self-adhering SBS temp roof, (2) large custom skylights, flashing, sheet metal, roof drains, painting, fall-protection anchors and miscellaneous related work to meet current building codes. Scope of work also includes the addition of a linear floor drain to the central courtyard area to mitigate flooding as well as internal repairs to various areas previously damaged by water infiltration through the existing roofing system. Interior repairs generally include gypsum wall board, resilient flooring and ceiling replacement work.
