Address and mail or deliver all proposals : to: Devin Cochran Audio/Visual System Bob Lee Kidd Center Poteau Public Schools 100 Mockingbird Lane Poteau, OK 74953 Sound System o Provide and install four (4) two way 12" professional speakers to cover the four (4) main seating sections placed at the front of the stage area just below the acoustical cloud. o Provide and install two (2) 18" subwoofers for low end projection. Subwoofers to be hung as a dual wide center speaker cluster. o Provide and install twelve (12) high performance 8" ceiling speakers located in the ceiling cloud of the side section seats. o Provide and install eight (8) 8" ceiling speakers for common and backstage areas. Speakers will be located in the lobby, two dressing rooms and interconnecting hallways. Speakers will broadcast audio from inside the auditorium. Each speaker zone will have a local volume control. o Provide and install a system processor that provides system equalization, optimization and room combining. The side seating areas can be isolated and used as discreet classrooms with its own local sound system. When the partitions are opened the system can be combined with the main sound system. o Provide a 24-fader 48-channel digital mixing console. Video System o Provide and install three (3) high-definition pan-tilt-zoom (PTZ) cameras for recording and webcasting with an IP-based controller for camera operation. o Provide and install one (1) Black Magic switcher to control the video feeds. o Provide and install one (1) streaming encoder to allow for events in the building to be streamed out to the public. The encoder will also record events for future archival if desired. o Provide video feeds for up to five (5) Owner-furnished (OFE) TV monitors located in the lobby, dressing rooms, and remote viewing room. o Install one (1) 14' x 8' electric projection screen. Screen to be located in the center of the upstage wall behind the staging area. o Install one (1) video projector (minimum 7,000 lumens). Projector to be located out in the house in front projection mode.
