The City of Durham, North Carolina, Department of Water Management (DWM) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Forest Hills Park Sewer Improvements project. The DWM anticipates utilizing the selected firm to initially provide field evaluations, Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) development, design, permitting and bidding services. Specific tasks may include, but are not limited to, public outreach, surveying, SUE and geotechnical investigations, PER development, preparation of construction documents, and opinions of probable construction cost. Subsequent amendments can include construction administration and observation, construction inspection, and record drawings. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the City. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
