Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Elsipogtog First Nation, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Coordination and installation of prepurchased equipment including but not limited to greensand filtration, accessories, controls and instruments. - Installation of process piping, valves, fittings, supports, waste lines, and distribution lines in and outside the Water Treatment Plant. - Installation of concrete holding pipes, lift station and all interconnecting components, lines and controls, including connection to Lift Station 6. - New well pump for Well 5, pitless adapter, controls, distribution lines, fence security and concrete pad. - New well pump for Well 4. - All electrical, instrumentation, conduits and wires. - All restoration work and paving to parking area. - Commissioning of operations and operator training. A Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, payable to Elsipogtog First Nation, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the Total Tender Price (including HST) must accompany each Tender. Tenders will be opened publicly at the office of Elsipogtog First Nation, located at 373 Big Cove Road in ElsipogtogFirst Nation N.B, immediately after Tender Closing. Due to the COVID 19 pandemic, tenderers will be permitted only one representative in attendance and physical distancing practices are required. Atlantic First Nations Water Authority and Elsipogtog First Nation reserves the right to reject any and all tenders and also reserves the right to not necessarily accept the lowest Tender. Contractor must be registered on the bidders list to submit a bid. Original tender documents can be issued in hard copy via courier or an electronic copy of the tender package can be provided by email if requested.
