Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Saint John, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 The removal and disposal of existing Stormwater infrastructure. .2 The removal and disposal of the existing asphalt parking lot. .3 The removal and disposal of the existing subsurface heating system located below the parking lot asphalt. Subsurface heating system is comprised of 12mm to 50mm pipes encased in concrete. Subsurface heating system is throughout the entirety of the parking lot. .4 Supply and Instalation of new Catch basins, Storm Manholes, and Storm piping as indicated on the drawings. .5 Supply and instalation of new light poles and exterior lighting fixtures including underground electrical wiring as indicated on the drawings. .6 Supply and instalation of new parking security gates including wiring and conduit instalation. .7 Concrete curbing, sidewalk replacement, grassed islands, and concrete islands for security gates. .8 Removal of existing concrete stairs and relacing with new as indicated on the drawings. .9 Removal of existing access ramp and replacing with new as indicated on the drawings. .10 Concrete repairs to the bases of the five pillars at the front of 110 Charlotte Street as indicated on the drawings. .11 Instalation of waterproofing membrane at the rear of the building as indicated on the drawings. .12 New asphalt pave throughout the parking lot as indicated on the drawings. .13 Line painting of parking stalls, accessible parking symbols, and vehicle travel arrows. .14 Development of a phasing plan to ensure access into and out of parking lot, while maintaining a minimum of 30 stalls during construction. .15 Erect new chainlink fence. .16 Supply and install three (3) concrete foundations and associated conduits for electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS) as detailed on the drawings. .17 Supply and install six (6) protective bollards and foundations associated with EVCS bases as detailed on the drawings.
