NORTHERN WESTCHESTER JOINT WATER WORKS Amawalk and Catskill Water Treatment Plant Bid# 2022.5 Water Treatment Plant Chemicals And Residual Removal for Water Treatment Plant Chemicals and Residual Removal. All pertinent documents, information and specifications for bidders may be obtained on line from the Empire State Bid System. The bidder assumes the risk of any delay in the mail or in handling of mail by the employees of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. The bidder assumes the responsibility for having bids on time at the place specified above. Every bid shall be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and Hold Harmless Statement properly executed by the bidder. The Northern Westchester Joint Water Works reserves the right to waive any informality in the bids, to reject any or all bids and reserves the right to accept that bid which it deems most favorable to the interests of the Northern Westchester Joint Water Works. No bidder may withdraw his bid within (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
