Question Acceptance Deadline 05/31/2022 03:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes General Requirements - FOB Destination Term: 07/19/2023 12:00 AM EDT - 06/19/2024 12:00 AM EDT Option: Delivered as needed We are quoting and will place orders for the attached list of items in an effort to get ahead of the long lead-times and price escalations we are experiencing. The quantities listed on these quotes are projections for our fiscal year 2024 (begins July 2023). We would not want to take delivery of these items until after July 2023. Holland Board of Public Works (HBPW) will take delivery of items as needed, or at a set date at time of PO. After the winning bidder(s) are determined, and if you are willing and able, we would like you to purchase and store on your floor (see below) to take advantage of current pricing. We would pay for the items once delivery is confirmed into your US warehouse or a bonded US warehouse as long as we can agree on language, and perhaps bonding (your warehouse), that protects our interest. Below is similar to language we have added to other PO's. "Title to the product described in this PO passes to Holland Board of Public Works (HBPW) upon HBPW's full payment of the (winning bidders) invoice for such product. (Winning bidders) will not submit such invoice for payment until and unless the product described in the PO is in the possession of (winning bidder) at your US warehouse or a bonded US warehouse. Invoice would be paid following inspection and tagging of the inventory by an HBPW employee. HBPW will take delivery of product as needed or at a set date at time of PO".
