Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) Fort Hood is issuing a PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for an Invitation for Bids (IFB) firm fixed price construction contract to renovate building 41003 convert facility into a Battalion Headquarters, repair existing deficiencies, and correct code deficiencies. The Contractor shall be responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits to perform construction work on a Federal installation, be properly bonded and insured in accordance with FAR requirements. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The anticipated NAICS code(s) is NAICS Code 238990 - All other Specialty Trade Contractors and standard business size is $16.5 million. All work will be performed within the confines of the Fort Hood Military Installation, at Fort Hood, TX.
