Scope of Work: The Work for this project consists of, but is not limited to, replacement of existing sewer forcemains ranging in size from 4 inches up to 30 inches within the City of Sunrise, Florida. The work ranges from installation of new forcemain, abandonment of existing forcemain, installation of pipe within a pipe, and associated excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, restoration, asphalt repairs, milling and repaving the southbound lanes of Springtree Drive, and other associated work. All of which shall be constructed in accordance with the Bid documents. Qualification Requirement: The vendor shall have a valid State of Florida General Contractors License and Underground Utility and Excavation Contractors License. The vendor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type and complexity within the last five (5) years. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement.
