Renovation of a mixed-use development in Cedar City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed, competitive proposals from qualified roofing companies to install and provide a minimum 20 year warranty 60 ML PVC Membrane with a White Exposed Face. The project will consist of various roofing locations at five (5) school district facilities. All bids must be itemized per the location and square footage with a final Grand Total. The lowest responsible Grand Total will be awarded all of the itemized projects. Iron County School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any formality, informality, irregularity or technicality in any proposal.The District also reserves the right to call for new bids if their interests or convenience is better served by such course.If any portion of the above terms are not acceptable it is the bidder's responsibility to so state in writing.Any and all bids are subject to the approval of the school district business administrator. Contractors are responsible for taking their own measurements for each of the itemized projects. 1. The project will consist of installation of White Faced 60 ML PVC Only at the following locations: Iron Springs Elementary, Three Peaks Elementary, Enoch Elementary School and the District Office East. 2. South Elementary South Entrance Rooftop will require removal of the current gravel roofing prior to new White Faced 60 ML PVC roofing membrane application. 3. 1/2 " Polyisocyanurate board will be installed over the current substrate as needed and discussed at the Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference. 4. Iron County School District is requiring the roofing membrane and polyisocyanurate board to be mechanically fastened to the structure. The following buildings with approximate square footages will require quotes: Iron Springs Elementary School: South Section Rooftop - 3,750 sq/ft North Rooftop - 15,600 sq/ft Three Peaks Elementary School: Northeast Classroom Section - 17,100 sq/ft Enoch Elementary School: South Addition Rooftop - 7,500 sq/ft South Elementary School: South Entrance - 550 sq/ft Storage Rooftop - 900 sq/ft District Office East: HVAC Platforms - 1,200 sq/ft
