Bid security shall be provided in accordance with the requirements detailed in the Bid Package. Bidders shall provide proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Bid Package. Bidders shall comply with all statutory requirements in accordance with the Bid Package. The minimum wage to be paid for any and all classes of labor employed on this contract shall conform to the Prevailing Wage Rates on Public Improvements as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations in accordance with Section 4115, Ohio Revised Code.
