The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from experienced qualified contractors to perform tree trimming services. The contract is a three ( 3) year maintenance contract ( with option for two additional renewals of one year each) consisting of the trimming of the trees as listed in the inventory. The general scope is the yearly trimming of palm species on city properties and in city right- of- ways. All trees shall be priced per species as listed on the bid schedule including all labor, equipment, clean up and disposal of all debris in accordance with State, County and Local laws. The Contractor shall be responsible for the removal of all cut limbs and other debris from the work site on a daily basis, leaving the general area in clean condition. All debris shall be removed entirely from the City. There will be no temporary disposal sites available for contractor use. The City of St. Pete Beach is soliciting bids from qualified Contractors for an yearly tree trimming on city properties and in city rights -of -way. The City ofSt. Pete Beach reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts of bids, or accept any bid or part thereof deemed to be in the best interests to the City of St. Pete Beach. The Contractor shall not assign or transfer this Agreement or any part thereof or any interest therein without consent in writing of the City and the Contractor' sSurety, and any such assignment or transfer without such written consent shall be null and void.
