The City of El Lago, Texas (the "City") soliciting sealed proposals from qualified vendors to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning System Repair and Replacement for the municipal buildings located at 411 Tallowood Drive and 98 Lakeshore Drive in the City in accordance with applicable local, State, and Federal regulations. The proposal will be considered delivered if it is received by the City Secretary, via email or in person, prior to the deadline set out in this RFP. If the PDF is emailed, the bidder can then mail the hard copies to the City Secretary, at the address listed on this RFP. The mailed hard copies do not have to be received prior to the proposal deadline provided that the PDF version was received prior the RFP deadline. All proposals must be clearly marked on the outside with the following: City of El Lago, RFP Response, Municipal Building HVAC Repair & Replacement.
