The Work includes labor and materials for removing old electrical disconnects, installation of new main distribution panel, branch circuit to subpanel under bell tower and branch circuits as needed to new HVAC equipment. Each Bid must be accompanied by either a bid bond in an amount of 100% of the Bid amount or by certified check or cashier's check in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid amount. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond for 100% of the contract price. Bidders must comply with the State prevailing wage rates. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. If bids are 10% over the estimated project cost, the Owner will have the option to be rebid the project.
