As of 7/8/2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not been established. the project includes the construction of one ( 1 ) new 1,200-gpm duplex, submersible pump station to be located at the new Prestage Farms of South Carolina, LLC Facility, including precast concrete structures, piping, valves, electrical, controls, standby generator, appurtenances, and site work, the construction of approximately 6,700-LF of new 12-inch force main, and the construction of one (1) new 1,700-gpm duplex, submersible pump station to be located at the existing Kershaw County Pump Station Site, including precast concrete structures, piping, valves, electrical, controls, standby generator, appurtenances, and site work. Pipe has been prepurchased by Kershaw County. Specific details are included within the Construction Plans and Technical Specifications. This project is being funded in whole or in part by the S.C. Department of Health and Environmental Control (SCDHEC) State Revolving Fund (SRF) and therefore, bidders must comply with all applicable State and Federal requirements identified in the Contract Documents, including Davis-Bacon and "American Iron and Steel" Provisions. Bidder shall refer to Section 00 73 00-Appendix A- Recycled Funds - Mandatory Supplemental General Conditions for the South Carolina State Revolving Fund Program for requirements. All federal SRF requirements will apply to the contract. All contractors and subcontractors are required to be registered in the federal System for Award Management (SAM). Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President's Executive Order No. 11246 & Order No. 11375 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Davis-Bacon Act, the Anti-Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and 40 CFR 33.240. Bidders must deposit security with all bids.
