The City of Cotati (City) invites contractor's bid proposals interested in the Mosaic Wall Benches at Gravenstein Hwy Project. The project generally consists of the following: Fabrication and installation of benches into existing masonry wall at three (3) locations as shown on Project Plans. Minimum Qualifications Contractor must possess a California State Contractors License Class B License. All questions must be submitted to the City in writing via e-mail to cscott@cotaticity.org; verbal questions will not be answered. If any significant omissions or ambiguities in the agreement come to the City's attention while the draft is under review by interested firms, the City will make a uniform written response to all parties. There will be no pre-bid meeting for this project. The bid bond has been waived for this project. Selection will be based on the responsive and responsible bidder with the lowest total base bid. The City reserves the right to waive minor bid irregularities.
