Only written Requests For Information (RFI) will be accepted. RFI's will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. (Local Time) on June 1, 2022 at the office of the Engineer to the attention of Roger Vanderbrook via email: rvanderbrook@CPLteam.com. If necessary, an Addendum will be issued by 12:00 p.m. (Local Time) on June 2, 2022 from the office of the Engineer. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond from a domestic carrier licensed to do business in the State of New York in the amount of not less than five (5%) of the amount of the bid submitted. The successful bidder must be an equal opportunity employer, must meet all appropriate State and Federal standards, and comply with all relevant governmental regulations. Statement of Non-Collusion: Bidders on the contract are required to execute a non-collusive bidding certificate pursuant to Section 103d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. Bid Security: Each Bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to CPL in an amount of 5% of the bidder's maximum bid price and in the form of a certified check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety licensed to do business in New York State. All bids shall be binding for a period of forty-five (45) days after the bid opening date. CPL reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality therein.
