The Office of Legislative Management (OLM) on behalf of the Connecticut General Assembly (CGA) is soliciting proposals for the annual boiler cleaning and maintenance services, including labor and materials, every October of two (2) Weil-McLain 94 gas fired boilers and seven (7) Viessmann Vitodens 200-w gas boilers located at the Connecticut State Capitol. Question Deadline Questions shall be submitted via email to CGAContracting@cga.ct.gov. June 2, 2022, 12:00 pm Answers &Amendments to RFP All amendments to the RFP and response to written questions will be published on the DAS State Contracting Portal. June 10, 2022, 5:00 pm The Contract will be in effect from the date the Contract is executed by both Contractor and the CGA (the "Effective Date") through April 30, 2027, with the option to extend this Contract up to an additional year upon mutual agreement of both parties. The CGA reserves the right to reject invoices for payment if they are not considered properly prepared as defined above.
