Site work for a sidewalk / parking lot in Liberty, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Bids will be for the erection of a new exterior canopy at Jones Park Elementary School. Located at 6295 KY-70 Liberty, Kentucky 4253 and includes 2,390 sq. ft. of canopy installation, demolition of existing conditions (existing concrete sidewalk, trellis), infill of concrete at new steel column footing locations, and a new perforated steel statue with new concrete pedestal. . The KDE Form of Proposal is a part of the PDF package and must be filled out completely and enclosed in a sealed envelope along with a 5% bid bond with the bid package. Winning bidder will be required to provide 100% KDE AIA Performance and Payment bond. No qualify letters or statements will be considered. No bidder may withdraw a bid submitted for a period of sixty (60) days after the date for the opening of the bid. In the event the bidder to whom the contract is awarded fails to execute a satisfactory KDE AIA contract and 100% KDE AIA Performance and Payment Bond, they shall be eliminated and shall be liable for the loss incurred by the Owner by such failure.
